You've always wanted to run your own business. You know you can do it but

1. As a sole trader, you can call your business pretty much anything you like. There
are guidelines, for example, you can not imply that you a charity or call yourself Marks
& Spencer, Next, etc...

2. You must inform the Inland Revenue that you intend to work for yourself. Floreo

3. As a Sole Trader, any money spent or made by your business is treated as your
own income, so it's just like any other part time job. You just need to ensure that you
keep your own records so that you can complete your tax assessment form at the
end of the year. You can even do this on-line or contact any local Inland Revenue Tax
Office for help.

4. Think about where you might like to run your business, from Home, A Website,
Ebay, Craft Fairs, School Fetes, Coffee Mornings, Mother and Toddler Sessions or
Party Plan.
5. Get Started. We offer excellent wholesale prices on our entire stock. You are not
under any obligation to buy from us. You decide what and how much you buy. You
decide where and when you work. You decide how much you sell our products for.
