Floreo Aroma Candles are made of a minimum of 99% pure soy wax and our own unique
blend of fragrance and essential oils. We load each candle with as much fragrance as the
wax can hold (wax acts a bit like a sponge - it soaks up oils but at some point it becomes
saturated and will start to leak out of the candle). Every fragrance is different but
generally speaking, we add anything between 7 - 10%.
If you ever wondered why some candles don't seem to "throw" their fragrance, it could be
that some less scrupulous chandlers (candle makers) coat the outside of the candle with
fragrance oil which is why they smell so good in the shop but are so disappointing when
you light them!
The wax we use is naturally made from gm free soya beans and is of a premium quality.
Some of our candles only contain natural essential oils turning them into your own
aromatherapy or spa treatment. So why not indulge your senses and treat yourself?
And because they are made with a high grade wax, they burn for so much longer than
many equivalent size candles - upto 50 hours per tin. We also make sure that they have
the right size natural wick so that they use up all the wax, no disappointing well in the
middle of these tins!
